The Cisco Compatible 100G QSFP28 to 2x 50G QSFP28 Active Optical Breakout Cable is designed for 100G-to-2x 50G Ethernet breakout applications. It is compliant with Hot Pluggable QSFP28 MSA, SFF-8636 and SFF-8665 Standards. The main use of the cable is linking one 100G QSFP28 port to two 50G QSFP28 ports for short-reach breakout connections. Featured with low latency, low power consumption, and high reliability, it is suitable for short-distance connections within racks and across adjacent racks in data centers, HPC, and switch/router/server/storage deployments.
