We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Requirements

Products must:

Be in original condition

Include original packaging

Not show signs of physical damage

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Custom programmed modules

Special order products

Opened fiber reels or bulk fiber

RMA Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our support team

Provide your order number and product details

Receive an RMA authorization number

Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
