The 1x 5 Band DWDM Mux/Demux, based on TFF (Thin Film Filter), is a passive DWDM device featuring high density, low loss, and long-haul transmission suitability. This unit can be used as either a multiplexer or de-multiplexer (Mux/Demux), it separates or combines 8 DWDM channels per band, supporting up to 5 bands over a single-mode optical fiber for high-density wavelength management in space-constrained fiber environments. In accordance with the ITU-T G.694.1, it maximizes the capacity of the C-band range. Designed for maximum configuration flexibility, the DWDM Mux Demux can plug directly into the FHD® chassis, each module occupying one slot.
